At the very least you should be given some kind of dial-up emergency line that you can use if your broadband connection goes down. 24/7 support is useful and look for free-phone or low rate support numbers.
- Extras - most business broadband options will come with additional features such as a range of email addresses, domain names and the option to take up web space. Some will also offer other services such as free phone calls.
